Building an online "home" for all AI-Bees. 

To build a private, secure network that can only be accessed by that company's employees. And also include a functions  for HRAs manage employees.

about the Project

Background:

The needs and functions on current intranet is not reach employees expectations. For some people this site becomes useless.

Insight:

Current company's intranet can't solve employees' needs and problems. Therefore, employee need a more user-friendly and comprehensive platform where could share and communicate, external resources and enables workers to collaborate, and share documents and other information.

​UX Strategy

goal & Purpose

Goal:

· Make intranet become the only way to solve sort of problems. (such as: benefits, jobs, etc.)

· Help to solve a certain type of problems for some people: HR, new recruits, employees.

· Become a shareable space for employee as a comfort zone.

Purpose:

· Helps employees find information. 

· Convenient application and approval process.

· Improves internal communication.

Research

I did competitive analyze with Adobe,DIDI,Attollo about each advantages and disadvantages. And also I interview with some employees inside our company to listen what they really care and expectations.

Journey map

 A user journey map is a visual representation of the customer experience – and is a useful tool for everyone in your company to look at your website from the user's point of view and can be a key part in user experience design and optimization.

Content Audit:

Combining user research and interview with those main functions we thought before, I ran a content audit listing all available information and features. Based on this, I collectively decided what to keep, what to kick and how content can be integrated into a more intuitive information architecture.

My Role:

As sole PM, UIUX designer, and program manager.

WHAT I DID

Management: (sprint planning, weekly reviews)

UX research: (data analysis, interviews and user testing)

Exploring and validating ideas (brainstorming, collect feedback from stakeholders, prioritization)

Design: UI designs.

The final result was very successful, especially after the forum module was launched, employee finally have a place to communicate I also got a company-level honor for it😊.

Mood-board helps keep the style and aesthetic of a project consistent with a client's goals and expectations. In here, I want our intranet become a necessities both physical and emotional. Employee can communicate across an organization in here, no matter learning or sharing.

HOMEPAGE

The homepage is the place that employees and leaders most care about.  It need a private and internal network that enables people to store, organize, and share information within an organization.

employee's growth path

To make the site more personal , I add a function that include the growth path of employees since they joined the company and their tutor’s tutoring program inside intranet somehow related to HR system.

Aibee awards the aibee Star every quarter, which is one of the special tradition in aibee and something that employees are very proud of.

Hr system

In order to build a digital & transparent talent recruitment and evaluation system, the platform forms an all-round closed loop from recruitment interviews, entry management, newcomer counseling, regularization management, assessment and rewards and punishments. AiBee human resources management system conducts centralized analysis of scattered information, standardize and digitize human resource management. In line with the principle of excellence and continuous pursuit of excellence, we will also launch the Aibee talent pool management platform, interview question bank system, interview scoring system, etc.

HR系统:为了在搭建数字化&透明化的人才招聘与评价体系,形成从招聘面试、入职管理、新人辅导、转正管理、考核及奖惩的全方位闭环,AiBee人力资源管理系统将零散的信息都进行集中分析,让人力资源管理实现规范化、数字化。本着精益求精与不断追求卓越的原则,我们还将推出Aibee人才库管理平台,面试题库系统、面试评分系统等。
