P&T is a user-friendly platform which include a complete package for project and task management. To help the team members release products faster, improve R&D efficiency.

P&T is a comprehensive and user friendly project management tool that gets through the whole process and scenario of R&D management including personal task management，project management，demand management，iteration management and so on.

Main functions include Kanban, Gantt chart, iteration, document management , statistics, etc.

Problems

· As a team member, mission’s priority and they not have the overall sense of project concept and flow.

· Project managers control costs and time and allows smooth collaboration between stakeholders.

solution

Provide a platform that could bring project managers and project members on the same board. Organize tasks, schedule tasks, also plan and analyze the project.

insight

A project management tool helps teams gather information, iterate agilely, reduce project management costs while improving project efficiency, and ultimately achieve agile management and stimulate self-management.

In order to empathize with the different types of users. Our revision changes from five major directions.

To understand the old site and its content, I ran a content audit listing all available information and features.

Based on this, we collectively decided what to keep, what to kick and how content can be integrated into a more intuitive information architecture.
